Warehouse Custodian

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Arrange ICT equipment, devices, and inventory systematically for easy access and retrieval.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and report shortages or damages.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing ICT equipment and materials.
• Ensure that inventory is stored in designated areas following company guidelines.
• Keep track of damaged or faulty equipment and report to the Warehouse Manager.
• Support inventory checks and audits as needed.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and protect ICT assets.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile electronic devices.
• Report any security concerns or unauthorized access to the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading ICT equipment for deliveries.
• Coordinate with technicians and logistics staff for equipment dispatch.
• Support warehouse staff in stock-taking and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse management is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse maintenance, inventory control, or logistics (preferably in an Information and Communication Technology or ICT-related company).
• Basic understanding of ICT hardware and peripherals (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
