About the role
Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative in our Cebu IT Park office. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their moving experience is seamless and exceeds their expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services to exceed their expectations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Sales experience or the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other office productivity tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
