JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive overall business performance with a focus on revenue generation, profitability, and achieving strategic targets.
  • Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) management to ensure sustainable financial health and growth.
  • Develop and manage budgets to align with organizational goals and optimize resource allocation.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across departments through process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to build team capabilities and ensure high performance.
  • Design and implement customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the retail furniture industry or in a supervisory/management role, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Education: College graduate with a solid academic foundation, supporting strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in mathematics, aiding in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of sales growth, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue.
  • Skilled in operational processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
