Job Description: OJT Trainee – Accounting Department

Position Title: OJT Trainee – Accounting

Location: M. San Juan Street, Sta. Rosa 2, Marilao, Bulacan

Department: Accounting

Reports to: Accounting Head / Finance Officer

Job Summary:

The Accounting OJT Trainee will assist the Accounting Department in performing basic clerical and financial tasks. The training aims to provide practical experience in bookkeeping, data entry, and accounting procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in encoding financial transactions into the system
  • Help in organizing and filing accounting documents (receipts, vouchers, invoices, etc.)
  • Support in preparing simple reports and summaries
  • Assist in checking and reconciling records
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Head

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in BS Accounting, Accounting Technology, or any related course
  • Willing to undergo on-the-job training in Marilao, Bulacan
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
