The opportunity

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently
  • Assist customers with a range of banking-related tasks, such as account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend process improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate various systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
