Operations Manager for Local Account

We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our local account and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in managing teams, driving performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing, positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned local campaign.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and agents to achieve operational goals.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments to address operational concerns.
  • Create action plans to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, calibration sessions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a BPO or call center setting (local account experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City and flexible with schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
