  • Develop, implement and monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across the organization
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and support to employees on health, safety and environmental best practices
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on environmental and safety matters
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on the company's EHS performance
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EHS management

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
  • 2+ years' experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer in the manufacturing or similar industry
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and training skills to engage with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver EHS objectives
  • Proficient in handling or transacting with government agencies such as DOLE, DENR, BFP and other government unit.
  • Familiarity with government agencies mandated annual reports and forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
