Responsible for implementing Internal Quality Audits, Risk Management, and Management Review processes. Ensures compliance with applicable standards and assists in conducting compliance audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and monitoring of Corrective Action Requests (CARs).

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

1)    Management System Implementation Support

a)    Implements and maintains QMS procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and related standards (ISO 14001, ISO

b)    Facilitates internal audit schedules and ensures all departments comply with audit requirements.

c)     Supports the conduct of Management Reviews by consolidating performance data and preparing reports.

d)    Assists in establishing and improving the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).

2)    Internal Quality and Compliance Audits

a)    Plans and conducts regular Internal Quality Audits across departments and project sites.

b)    Prepares audit findings, reports, recommends corrective actions of OFIs.

c)     Conducts departmental compliance audits to ensure adherence to applicable local regulations and standards (e.g. SSS, DOLE, ECC, PCAB etc.)

d)    Monitors and follows up corrective actions reports to ensure timely closure.

3)    Risk Management

a)    Facilitates identification, assessment, and evaluation of risks within the company's operations.

b)    Maintains the Risk Register and ensures regular review of risk treatment plans.

c)     Assists in the monitoring of effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.

4)    Continuous Improvement Support

a)    Assists in promoting awareness and implementation of quality improvement programs.

b)    Supports process owners in addressing audit findings and identifying improvement opportunities.

5)    Other Duties

a)    Ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System and departmental policies.

b)    Participates in company-wide and departmental activities.

c)     Performs other related duties as assigned by the QMS Manager.

1)    Educational Background

a)    Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

3)    Work Experience/Training Requirement

a)    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit or QMS implementation.

b)    Certification in ISO 19011 Basic Internal Auditing, or as a Lead Auditor.

c)     Training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is an advantage.

4)    Skills and ability

a)    Knowledgeable in audit methodologies and QMS documentation.

b)    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
