About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team . This full-time role will be based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in driving the success of our store operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and develop new store locations in line with company expansion plans.
  • Lead business negotiations with prospective partners or landlords to secure favorable agreements.
  • Manage the contract signing process to ensure timely and compliant closures.
  • Coordinate and oversee the processing of all required certificates and permits for new store openings.
  • Prepare all necessary activities and logistics for smooth store launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful location development and opening.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in business development, location acquisition, or contract negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes related to store openings.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
