We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage a high-volume data processing team responsible for monthly data entries. The role oversees daily production, accuracy targets, workflow adherence, and reporting. The Operations Supervisor will lead Data Entry Agents, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and accurate Excel-based processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Entry Agents, ensuring daily productivity and accuracy targets are met
  • Oversee Excel-based workflows, including data entry, verification, categorization, and batch uploads, using validation rules and upload templates
  • Prepare and review daily accuracy, productivity, and throughput reports
  • Monitor agent performance, conduct coaching sessions, and manage corrective actions as needed
  • Partner with QA, WFM, Training, IT, and Reporting teams for seamless operations
  • Support training, nesting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain team engagement, schedule adherence, and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in a Team Leader or supervisory role in the BPO industry
  • Experience in data processing, back-office, or non-voice operations preferred
  • Strong to advanced Excel skills (formulas, validation, data management) with the ability to analyze metrics and produce operational reports
  • Comfortable managing high-volume data workloads
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Strong problem-solving and process management abilities
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
