Principal Duties and Responsibilities:A. Account Management and Business DevelopmentManages store level operations related to availability, stock-outs, promo execution, and validation;Builds and maintains strong business partnerships with all key decision makers of the accounts being managed;Conducts regular fieldwork activities:Daily and regular trade checks at all KAG account store branches within his area of coverage.

Meets with Store Managers/Supervisors to discuss issues related to availability, display, SRP, inventory, stock-outs, promo execution, competitors, etc. Provides immediate feedback to GSMI sales concerned and prepares/submits necessary reports. Attends structured annual/semestral business reviews with key decision makers of the accounts (2 accounts per year);Maintains an updated and organized factbook including branches, store supervisor names, average volume, planogram, mass display list, promo activities, and trade penetration standards (TPS) per account.

B. Trade Promotion and MerchandisingCascades and implements approved sales programs at the store level;Implements sales programs based on the promo calendar at the store level;Monitors and validates the effectiveness of all promos within his area by checking allocation, offtake, consumer insights, and competitor activity;Monitors and validates in-store merchandising and promotional agreements/contracts, including mass displays, shelf displays, listing fees, and mailers. C. Market DevelopmentConducts alignment meetings with the coordinator monthly, together with the Key Accounts Supervisor;Aligns with merchandisers during outlet visits;Discusses issues and concerns for proper planning and execution. D. Sales Planning and AnalysisGathers and analyzes sales data for monthly operations review with TSM;Provides data for business planning of major accounts.

E. AdministrativeResponsible for the custodianship, maintenance, proper utilization, and safety of company resources, including vehicles, equipment, and stocks;Submits weekly expense liquidation reports, Domestic Travel Authority, Workplan, and Fuel Utilization Monitoring Report (FUMR);Submits fieldwork reports as per set timelines.
