Job Summary

As a Junior ServiceNow Developer/Admin, you'll be the go-to expert for our ServiceNow instances. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow—with training and mentorship included, plus introductory AI training to help you stay ahead in the evolving tech landscape.

You'll work on configuring and developing cutting-edge features, components, and integrations, while also learning how AI can enhance workflows and automation within ServiceNow. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly through both automated and manual testing, all while building a strong foundation in both ServiceNow and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Admin and Support: Ensure both production and non-production environments are running seamlessly for our internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior staff to gather, validate, and test requirements from our business stakeholders.
  • Best Practices Advocate: Champion the benefits of aligning with ITIL processes and leveraging "out of the box" features to maximize efficiency.
  • Testing Guru: Create and execute both automated and manual tests to ensure top-notch performance.
  • Documentation Pro: Keep our documentation up-to-date and relevant.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate insightful reports, dashboards, and compliance checks.
  • Upgrade Management: Lead the charge on annual ServiceNow upgrades and testing activities.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to our teams on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Innovative Development: Research, design, and configure new features and components, both big and small, on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work with other teams to design and develop new features, components, integrations, and APIs for large-scale projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in application development or system administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with recent versions of ServiceNow, ideally ITSM/CSM.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using APIs and connectors.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL or ITIL Certification.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear instructions, requirements, and test plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
  • Work Schedule: Amenable to work on a day shift schedule in Ortigas (AU working hours, Hybrid work setup).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
