Job Description:

  • Ensure accurate posting and timely account reconciliation of inventory movements and related transactions. Manage inventory movement reports.
  • Assist in recording and verifying inventory transactions in SUN System (bagging raw materials, stock transfers, withdrawals, and cost capturing).
  • Supervise quarterly physical inventory counts.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of system inventory against Operations and Sales records.

  • Review weighted average inventory costs.

  • Prepare reports on inventory write-downs, ledger reconciliation, Value Chain Analysis, BWGC, sales price analysis, and management inventory/credit day reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in external audit is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SUN6, SAP, or Cloud
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (2x/week RTO)
