  • Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Lead Generation:

Identify, research, and contact potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Management:

Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead qualification and sales presentations to negotiating and closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Campaigns:

Design, develop, and implement targeted marketing campaigns across different platforms, including social media, to create brand awareness and promote products or services.
- Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competitor activity, and find new business opportunities.
- Reporting:

Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, such as product and sales teams, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Events and Networking:

Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:

Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Sales & Negotiation:

Strong negotiation and sales skills to convert leads and close deals.
- Marketing Knowledge:

Deep understanding of various marketing tactics and strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build and maintain relationships, work in a team, and manage client complaints.
- Project Management:

Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks.
