As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record daily petty cash transactions.
  • Handle bank-related transactions, such as:
  • Petty cash fund encashment
  • Supplier payment deposits
  • Passbook updates
  • Provide backup support to collections and send official receipts to customers
  • Prepare the monthly petty cash report.
  • Assist in the preparation of check payments, telegraphic transfer forms, BIR Form 2307, and monthly expense reports
  • Record journal vouchers (JV) and maintain accurate bookkeeping entries

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
