The RPA Developer is a key member of the Nimbyx Technology Group responsible for building efficient, high-impact automation tools to meet critical operational needs. Your main objective is to own the full automation lifecycle: from initial process mapping through to deployment, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring our robotic processes are robust and reliable.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Development & Technical Execution

  • Design, model, and develop robust robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA jobs and manage their successful migration and stable operation in a production environment.

  • Optimize existing automation solutions and propose alternative or better practices for future development.

  • Proactively identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and re-design automation solutions as problems arise.

  • Maintain technical knowledge of core RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Robot Framework).

Strategy, Support & Collaboration

  • Accurately map processes and data flow to identify all internal and external process dependencies.

  • Provide timely support to business teams and end-users of the robots, including resolving day-to-day automation issues.

  • Communicate project progress and proactively provide solutions to any identified and potential risks related to automation projects.

  • Efficiently multi-task and manage delivery across various simultaneous projects with clear deadlines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Good technical knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Selenium, or Robot Framework.

  • Proven experience in programming languages such as C# or Java.
