Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong skills in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred) and Python. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere and Python
  • Identify automation opportunities and gather requirements from stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve existing bots for performance and reliability
  • Handle API integrations, JSON/XML data, and error management in workflows
  • Monitor bot performance and resolve issues proactively
  • Document automation processes and create user guides
  • Ensure security and compliance in all automation implementations
  • Support and train end-users and junior developers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • At least 3 years of RPA development experience, with 2+ years using Automation Anywhere
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation tasks
  • Solid understanding of the RPA lifecycle and best practices
  • Experience in API integration and data handling
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Certification in Automation Anywhere is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months
