We are seeking a skilled
RPA Developer
to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines process optimization with technical innovation.

Role Description

  • Design, build, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred) and Python.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy bots, ensuring reliability and scalability in production environments.
  • Integrate APIs and other systems to enable seamless automation workflows.
  • Monitor and maintain bots post-deployment, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices throughout the RPA lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in RPA development, preferably with Automation Anywhere A360.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Solid understanding of the RPA lifecycle: process assessment, bot development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience with API integration and working with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
