Executive Driver Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and timely transportation for executives and clients to various destinations including meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Accurately document trip details, including mileage, fuel consumption, reimbursements, and maintenance records.
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions to proactively adapt routes and avoid delays.
  • Strictly comply with traffic regulations and internal company safety protocols.
  • Regularly clean both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a professional driver, ideally with experience driving for executives or VIPs.
  • In-depth knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and driving regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using navigation apps such as Waze or Google Maps.
  • Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Dependable, punctual, and available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is an advantage for handling minor issues.
