HR Internship Opportunity at East-West Seed Philippines

Looking to gain real-world HR experience? As an HR Intern at EWS, you'll be exposed to core functions of Human Resources, from Talent Development to Total Rewards. This role offers hands-on involvement in initiatives that support our people strategy and drive organizational growth.

What You'll Work On:

  • Training & Talent Data:
    Help build reference tools and databases for training and talent initiatives
  • HR Operations:
    Provide support in executing key HR programs and day-to-day activities
  • HR Projects:
    Support the HR team in reviewing, updating, and standardizing the company's Job Description (JD) library. The role involves consolidating existing JDs, aligning them with current roles and structures, and ensuring consistency in format and content. This project contributes to improved role clarity and talent management processes.
