Overview We’re Hiring – General Accounting Supervisor Location: Metro Pacific Fresh Farms Greenhouse, Brgy. Salapungan, San Rafael Bulacan Department: Finance & Accounting Basic Function Oversee the General Ledger and general accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while driving efficiency and supporting strategic decisions. Key Duties & Responsibilities Supervise the General Ledger accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and present financial data. Prepare and review financial statements and budget reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Monitor cost structures and revenue streams to improve financial performance. Conduct financial forecasting and risk modeling for strategic business planning. Document financial processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and best practices. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and compliance. Prepare progress reports and recommend efficiency improvements. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (BSA) Licensure: CPA preferred (but not required) Experience: Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a similar role Technical Skills: Strong background in financial reporting, SAP proficiency Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, integrity, and ability to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
