Sun Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bank Tellers or Loan Processors to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficient processing of new accounts and loan applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Review and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Verify applicant information and assess creditworthiness.
  • Maintain effective communication with applicants and internal teams.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards for loan documentation.
  • Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of the branch.
  • Proactively identify and report suspicious activity.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business-related course preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course is required
  • Willing to be assigned in outside Cebu City or other locations outside Cebu province including Dumaguete
  • Experience in loan processing is a plus but not necessary
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be available for immediate start
