Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of company-wide food safety and sanitation programs.

  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety protocols and government regulations.

  • Develop and implement training programs for all staff on proper food handling, hygiene, cleaning procedures, and cross-contamination prevention.

  • Work closely with operations, commissary, and store teams to ensure implementation of food safety SOPs across all locations.

  • Maintain documentation and records for all sanitation procedures, training, and corrective actions.

  • Serve as the lead liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure readiness for external audits or inspections.

  • Continuously evaluate sanitation products, tools, and processes for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Identify risk areas and create proactive strategies for improvement.

  • Act as a hands-on coach and mentor, regularly visiting stores to reinforce standards and provide ongoing education.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a food safety, quality assurance, or sanitation leadership role within the restaurant, foodservice, or institutional industry.

  • ServSafe Certified (or equivalent food safety certification).

  • Proven experience conducting food safety trainings and audits.

  • Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and international standards.

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills; able to train frontliners and leadership alike.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

  • Willingness to travel to store locations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
