Restaurant Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine audits and inspections of our food safety, quality, and sanitation compliance.

The successful candidate will be in charge of verifying compliance with established procedures and standards, as well as monitoring and enforcing adherence to sanitation laws and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to critically think and resolve problems proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities, machines, equipment, and waste management practices to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.">
  • Verify document production processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.">
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with sanitation laws, regulatory bodies, and management policies.">
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.">
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.">

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related science-based field.">
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required.">
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with critical thinking skills.">
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.">
  • Willingness to accept store-based assignments.">
