Junior Sales Representative (Benguet, Cordillera)

AddaVolt Energy Corp is a fast-growing EV charging startup turning idle SME parking spaces into smart, revenue-generating charging hubs across the Philippines.

We partner with local businesses, accelerating clean mobility and empowering local communities.

What You'll Do

  • Scout and identify potential SME partners (hotels, cafés, gas stations, parking lots).
  • Pitch AddaVolt's charger program to business owners.
  • Conduct field visits and coordinate with the operations team for site assessment.
  • Facilitate signing of partnership agreements and monitor installation progress.
  • Achieve monthly targets for signed hosts and activated charger sites.
  • Represent AddaVolt in community, BNI, and sustainability events.

Qualifications

  • High School or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
  • Preferably with 1 year of field or B2B sales experience (SME market exposure is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Filipino).
  • Willing to travel around Northern Luzon (Benguet, Cordillera).
  • Passionate about sustainability and green technology.
  • Self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Sundays and Holidays off
