DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the digital sales, oversees business development, profitability, and productivity of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  2. Manage and mentor the digital sales team

  3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

  4. Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing to drive sales.

  5. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve digital sales offerings.

  6. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in digital sales performance.

  7. Prepare and present reports on digital sales performance to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Educational Requirement:College Graduate (Business Management Related Courses). Minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisory role) in digital sales, online marketing, e-commerce, BPO, banking, and the lending industry.
