We are seeking an experienced Project Officer with a strong background in Medical Gas Systems to manage and oversee the delivery of critical projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the medical gas field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently across teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that medical gas system projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with all applicable standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate medical gas system projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them updated on project status.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or medical gas field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of medical gas systems and relevant regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Can start ASAP.
