The Opportunity

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be a lead point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, support tickets, and/or, voice calls. You'll be responsible for handling complex inquiries, assessing their hosting needs, offering tailored recommendations, and guiding them seamlessly through the sales process.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic, customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position hinges on delivering a positive customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle live chat, ticket, and voice inquiries professionally while providing accurate information on hosting services.
  • Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable hosting solutions.
  • Convert inquiries into high-value sales through persuasive communication.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hosting products to deliver expert recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve pre-sales inquiries and guide junior sales representatives.
  • Manage and track leads in the CRM to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively highlight our value.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.

About You
  • 4-5+ years of experience in n inbound sales or customer support roles. Familiarity with web hosting services is highly preferred. 
  • Comfortable using live chat tools, voice systems, and CRM software. Experience with web hosting platforms is a plus. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
