What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise the General Ledger team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and budget reports aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with management for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor cost structures and revenue streams to boost financial performance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Implement internal controls and document financial processes.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (BSA)
  • Licensure:
    CPA preferred
  • Experience:
    2–3 years in a supervisory role within General Accounting
  • Skills:
    Strong financial reporting expertise
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in SAP operations
  • Traits:
    Proactive, honest, high integrity, great communication skills, and thrives under pressure
