About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp.' as a Procurement Manager in our Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet the company's operational and financial objectives
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
  • Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align procurement activities
  • Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate procurement records and provide detailed reports on spending and performance
  • Mentor and develop the procurement team to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably within the import, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, cost analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using procurement software and data analytics tools to generate insights and drive decision-making
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically to identify and address procurement challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
