Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Serve as a consultant to employees regarding DOLE-mandated rights and interests
  • Provide guidance to Operations Managers, Support Staff, and Team Leaders on employee relations
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures
  • Handle grievances, mediate disputes, and arbitrate between conflicting parties
  • Lead due process administration for termination cases, end-of-contract, and end-of-training contract cases (including NTEs, administrative hearings, and notices of decision)
  • Conduct investigations for administrative cases
  • Prepare legal documents such as letters of agreement, quitclaims, affidavits, and more
  • Support upcoming tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager and Labor Relations Team Leader


What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any Business or Legal-related course
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in labor relations or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and counsel in complex conflicts and disputes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional writing and research abilities to analyze data, explore alternatives, and influence outcomes
  • Proven leadership skills to facilitate communication and resolve conflicts across various groups
  • Solid legal knowledge of employment laws and the Philippine Labor Code
  • Highly motivated and career-oriented professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Shift: Shifting schedule (On-site)
