Building Administrator (Dorm Facility)

We are looking for a Building Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our newly opened dormitory facility. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and experienced in handling administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing renters
  • Facilitate tours, inquiries, and lease agreements
  • Handle monthly rental collection and issue official receipts
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, contracts, and tenant files
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and supplier transactions
  • Enforce house rules and ensure the safety and comfort of all tenants
  • Monitor occupancy rates and support in marketing efforts to attract renters
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative work, building/facility management, or property administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus
