traffic auxiliary supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement work methods as well as procedures
• Update and maintain departmental records every day.
• Coordinate traffic functions after hour emergency call-backs.
• Schedule, assigns and inspect sites /stations
• Conduct roving inspections covering at least 50% of ocations per shift, ensuring compliance with critical operational checklists.
• Log and update work orders, signs, payroll as well as marking inventories in computer database.
• Ensure to authorize overtime expenditures. Head responsibility for routine planning as well as coordination of activities on every account.
• Develop daily status reports plus lead status meetings with team to review due dates.
• Conduct multiple tasks on entire strong deadlines gracefully and well-organized
• Provide/prepare weekly report
• Ensure all stations/ locations are deployment plan is followed accordingly.
• Tools and equipment are properly checked and utilized accordingly, Inventory of supplies are always sufficient
• Perform semi-annual/annual performance review of respective team/group in accordance with regularization process and performance monitoring and its employees' individual development plan
• All checklists provided before, during and after the shift must be accomplished accordingly.
• Effective communication/endorsement are being followed and discussed to incoming co-supervisor and cascaded down to subordinates if necessary.
• Safety protocols, procedures and communications are well addressed and delivered amongst subordinates during, before and after duty.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education:

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree in any field.

B. Experience:

• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
