Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced AI Pod Engineer to join our high-performing development team at Adaca. This role blends full-stack engineering expertise with a strong understanding of AI integration and scalable application design.

You'll build and deploy modern web applications using , React, and TypeScript, while integrating AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, etc.) to enhance functionality and user experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering production-grade systems, thrives in collaborative product teams, and is eager to explore the frontier of AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications using , React, and TypeScript.
  • Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, etc.) into production systems.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and modular backend services using and Supabase (or PostgreSQL).
  • Leverage AI-enabled IDEs and development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding and maintain high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with AI, product, and design teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security across the stack.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or Cloudflare, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in web development and AI to continuously improve Adaca's AI product capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in:
  • React / (frontend frameworks, state management, UI optimization)
  • , TypeScript (backend and API development)
  • PostgreSQL / Supabase (database design and optimization)
  • Experience integrating AI models and APIs in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud services, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and Git-based version control.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
