  • Supervise, direct, and review the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with all applicable government regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by management.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
