Chief Growth Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead and oversee all revenue-generating functions of the business, including sales, marketing, and account management.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for setting and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth, expand market share, and drive client acquisition and retention. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial activities with the company's long-term objectives while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The
Chief Growth Officer
will be responsible for driving the company's overall growth agenda, ensuring that sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies work seamlessly together to deliver sustainable revenue. This leader will spearhead efforts to win new business while strengthening existing client relationships, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, and implementing reliable forecasting processes to guide executive decisions.

A major focus of the role will be providing direction and leadership to the sales organization — setting strategy, developing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Beyond client acquisition, the CGO will oversee account management initiatives aimed at improving retention, uncovering upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring that clients experience a smooth and cohesive journey across sales, account management, and service delivery.

On the marketing side, the CGO will partner closely with the team to design and execute campaigns that elevate brand presence, generate demand, and fuel lead generation. Oversight of digital initiatives, content development, PR, and market-facing campaigns will be critical to ensuring that marketing outputs directly support commercial priorities.

Financially, the CGO will take ownership of growth-related forecasting and reporting, working alongside finance and executive peers to set budgets, track performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies. This includes monitoring return on investment across sales and marketing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Finally, as a forward-looking executive, the CGO will keep the organization ahead of market shifts and emerging opportunities. By identifying new segments, geographies, or solutions, and scaling processes to support expansion, the CGO will play a central role in ensuring the company's continued growth and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in revenue generation, sales, and marketing.
• BPO/Outsourcing Industry expertise
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, new client acquisition, and account expansion.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Expertise in sales, account management, and marketing strategy.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric mindset.

Working Conditions
