Primary Responsibilities:

This resource will be on the Wintel/VMware Operations team which supports VMware Operations with a focus on Microsoft Windows, VMWare ESXi and vCenter, Cloud Environments administration (Azure, GCP, AWS) and alternate Hypervisor like Red hat OpenShift and MS Hyper VA successful candidate will have the ability to deploy and troubleshoot a mixture of physical and virtual infrastructure (On Prem and Cloud) delivery tasks as assignedWithin the Server Operations Team, you will help design and operationalize services to support the agile growth in our Microsoft Windows and VMWare product and other cloud offeringsPartner with the VMWare Stability and Engineering team during all phases of the VMWare ESXi lifecycle to support design and operational methodsFulfill a cross-functional role by driving operational stability and performance enhancements to the supported infrastructureCollaborate with other system administrators and engineers to pave the way for the next generation private/public/hybrid cloud environment - moving beyond traditional practices and enhancing our customer experienceHave a passion for systems engineering, operational stability, monitoring, automation and defined networksComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT/computers/Information science/ any related coursesCertification in VMWare ESXi AdministrationExperience in deploying using VMware HCX (migration tool)Experience and working knowledge of Windows GPO and AD administration tasksExperience deploying converged and hyper-converged solutions such as VMware Cloud Foundations, VSAN, VxRAIL, or similar technologiesKnowledge and skills on VMWare NSXKnowledge of iSCISIVMware SRM & Recovery Plan knowledgeAlternate Hypervisors (MS Hyper V and Red hat OpenShift) and Cloud Admin (GCP, AWS, Azure)


Preferred Qualification:

Experience on scripting tools i.e. Python, PowerShell etc.
