We are looking for a highly skilled and security-conscious Systems Engineer with strong experience in hardware infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and enterprise software platforms. A background in pre-sales engineering is essential—this role requires working directly with clients to design and deliver secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions.

Pre-Sales Engineering (Priority Function)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present technical solutions
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead technical scoping, solution design, and proposal development for enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide architecture diagrams, BOMs, and SOWs
  • Provide technical consultancy during customer meetings and proof-of-concepts
Systems Engineering

  • Design, implement, and secure infrastructure systems including:

  • Servers, storage, and networking components

  • Virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
  • Enterprise operating systems like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, and other Linux distributions
  • Database platforms (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • Apply best practices in infrastructure security, including access control, patch management, and data protection
  • Perform system hardening and support audit/compliance requirements (ISO, NIST, etc.)
  • Conduct system performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, project managers, network/security teams)
  • Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Assist in knowledge transfer and training sessions for clients and internal teams

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering
  • Proven pre-sales experience working alongside sales teams or in customer-facing solution design roles

  • In-depth knowledge of:

    • Server and storage technologies (Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.)
    • Virtualization (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV)
    • Enterprise Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
    • Basic to intermediate database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
    • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
