Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering.
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to traffic engineering and traffic management.
  • Proven experience in: Conducting Traffic Impact Assessments (TIAs); Designing traffic signals, intersections, and traffic control systems; Performing road safety audits and recommending improvements
  • Strong background in developing and implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for both urban and highway environments.
  • Solid understanding of traffic modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret traffic data, project future demand, and recommend operational optimizations.
  • Client-focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD or similar platforms is an added advantage.

Job Overview:

The Traffic Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and analyzing traffic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable mobility.

The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, government agencies, and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that meet regulatory standards and community needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php65,000.00 per month
