We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing high-budget Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving measurable results through PPC strategy, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and related networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create compelling ad copy and creative variations that improve CTR and Quality Score.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bids to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvements.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, insights, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to align paid strategy with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven ROI results.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B paid strategies.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; able to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Google Ads Certification(s) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
