Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Officer (TSO) plays a key role in promoting and selling Feedpro's line of natural and probiotic-based feeds to hog and livestock raisers. The TSO is responsible for providing technical support and business solutions to farmers, dealers, and distributors — ensuring profitable and sustainable farm performance while upholding Feedpro's advocacy for natural and antibiotic-free farming.

This position combines sales and technical expertise, requiring strong relationship-building skills, on-ground farm engagement, and a deep understanding of animal nutrition and husbandry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in feed sales, livestock management, or farm operations (fresh graduates with strong technical and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply).
  • Basic understanding of the relationship between nutrition and animal health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales negotiation and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

  • Willing to travel frequently and work in field-based environments

  • Willing to be assigned in Batangas
