DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and implement instructions from the Project Manager to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Prepare and submit periodic accomplishment reports to track project progress.
  • Attend client and coordination meetings as required, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and address issues promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including documentation, scheduling, and filing tasks, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with other project management tools is a plus.
  • Responsible and Committed
  • Detail-oriented with a creative and organized approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in water construction or project coordination is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
