About Us
We are a leading ready mix concrete supplier in the south of Mega Manila. At Citicon, Quality is our Pride. As we grow, we're looking for an Senior Administration Officer to join our leadership team. This role works closely with the Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate permits, licenses & registrations, certifications and compliance documents for trucks, batching plants, and equipment.
- Liaise with government agencies for inspections, renewals, and regulatory submissions; maintain records for safety audits, environmental permits, and industry certifications,
- Monitor and reconcile fuel consumption, vehicle logs, and maintenance records.
- Manage office budgets and expense reports; monitor office, plant, and fleet expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide management with accurate reports (HR data, operational KPIs, compliance status).
- Develop and improve administrative policies and workflows to drive efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration or management roles, preferably in construction, logistics, or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail; excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of regulatory requirements in operations, safety, and environment is essential for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Occupational Safety & Health, Supply Chain/Logistics, Paralegal or Compliance Training) are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
