Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Client & Task Specialist to serve as the central hub between our team and clients. You will take ownership of inbox and task flow management, keep numerous projects and people aligned, and ensure communication stays clear and on track. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and precision are key.
Job Highlights
- Monthly Rate: Php 60,000-62,000
- Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM (Mountain Time | Longmont, CO)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Email Management: Monitor shared inboxes with careful attention to urgency, follow-ups, and client tone. Handle/respond to most client requests with a focus on related task management. Keep communications organized and actionable through systems like labels, folders, or tags.
- Task Management & Workflow Coordination: Create, assign, track, and update tasks using ClickUp. Maintain visibility and team communication across multiple client projects and internal deliverables. Ensure all action items are moving forward and deadlines are met.
- Client & Team Communication: Act as a liaison between leadership, clients, and internal team members. Schedule meetings, prep agendas, and manage post-meeting follow-ups. Keep communication streamlined, timely, and professional at all times.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Thrive on structure and making sense of chaos
- Comfortable interfacing with both clients and team members professionally and proactively
- Ability to manage up, down, and across without losing momentum
- Strong multitasking ability to juggle many priorities without dropping the ball
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
