About the Role

Coinbase Global Inc., a leading and reputable global cryptocurrency platform, is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join its customer operations team in Manila. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to Coinbase's mission of increasing economic freedom worldwide.

All candidate profiles will be submitted through the Magnit Portal in accordance with client guidelines.


Compensation and Benefits
  • Monthly Basic Salary: ₱30,000–₱38,000 (gross)
  • Transportation Allowance: ₱3,000 per month
  • HMO and Life Insurance Coverage
  • 15 Sick Leaves and 15 Vacation Leaves (pro-rated)

Work Arrangement

  • Onsite: Uptown Bonifacio Tower Three, 36th Street corner 11th Avenue, Taguig City
  • Schedule: Shifting schedule, including weekends
  • Contract Duration: Until August 24, 2026 (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance through phone, messaging, and email channels.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Record issues accurately and escalate matters as needed for resolution.
  • Utilize critical thinking to achieve first-contact resolution where possible.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers and set proper expectations.
  • Uphold high standards of performance, accountability, and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in customer support, financial services, cryptocurrency, or technology-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling inquiries across voice, email, and messaging channels.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-growth, fast-paced working environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends.
  • Preferred: Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services (payments, trading operations, technical support).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
  • Experience collaborating with external business partners or cross-functional teams.
