Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Office Support:

 Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and

efficiency.

 Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 Maintain accurate files, databases, and records for easy access and

compliance.

 Provide administrative support to the Installs, Service, and Management

teams.

 Accurately enter, update, and manage data across various systems (including Zoho One, Xero, Microsoft Products).

Project Coordination & Delivery:

 Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

 Contribute to developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.

 Track milestones, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on

track.

 Identify and address potential risks or delays and problem solve.

 Coordinate the timely delivery and installation of stock and materials to client

and warehouse sites.

 Provide guidance to technicians, installers, and customers to ensure

successful outcomes for projects and solar performance.

 Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

 Prepare safety, compliance, and technical documentation in line with

company and regulatory requirements.

 Manage the end-to-end processing and trading of STCs for solar and hot

water system projects.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:

 Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and customers to

ensure smooth communication and alignment.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain effective collaboration

across all project stages.

 Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners, suppliers,

contractors and clients.

Renewable Energy Project Development:

 Process new renewable energy projects, including residential, commercial, and PPAs.

 Stay up to date with relevant regulations, policies, and standards, including

proposed industry changes.
