The Clinic Manager is responsible for providing high-level management support for the Tertiary Clinic, including planning, directing, and overseeing clinic operations. This role also includes ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Clinic Management: Plan, direct, and oversee all operational aspects of the Clinic to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Quality Management Representative (QMR): Act as the QMR, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the clinic's quality management system, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support clinic staff, including training, mentoring, and team-building activities to foster a productive and positive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, ensuring that clinic processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations and quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any medical allied field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in a multispecialty services, outpatient care, aesthetic, PEME Clinic, or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective training and team-building skills, and experience in mentoring staff. Proven ability to manage clinic operations and improve quality systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
