Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor with strong expertise in Business Analysis and IT Infrastructure. The role will oversee IT operations, manage infrastructure projects, and provide leadership in analyzing business processes to ensure efficient and secure technology solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the IT team in day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze business processes and provide IT solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor IT projects aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures.
  • Coordinate with other departments for system requirements and support.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on IT performance and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in IT.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis and Infrastructure Management.
  • Proficient in IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
