Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support lead generation, client outreach, and CRM data management. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and digital prospecting. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate sales data, initiating client communications, and assisting in sales initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads using online tools, databases, and directories.
  • Accurately enter and manage lead data within the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized CRM records to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient tracking.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and handle follow-up tasks.
  • Assist in outreach activities, including cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Support lead generation strategies to improve outreach results.
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver brand-aligned communications.
  • Prepare and update sales reports detailing lead status, conversions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and digital marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable initiating contact via phone and email.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute innovative ideas.
