Job Summary:

As a STAFF you will be providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with setting up their games, providing technical support, and creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist customers with setting up their screen golf games and using the technology.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Explain the rules of the game and offer tips to improve their swing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
  • Promote and sell our screen golf packages and memberships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns.
  • Ensure that all customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications:

  • K+12 diploma or equivalent required.
  • Passion for golf and a desire to share it with others.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
